• Carry out viewings of properties with prospective tenants in order to show them the property as well as answer any queries which they have. Maintaining communications with landlords to ensure that they are aware of offers made on their properties. Dealing with enquiries on properties by both email and telephone as well as setting property viewings in both my own and my colleagues calendars. Performing maintenance checks on empty properties to ensure that they are safe and damage free. Maintaining open communications with other departments within APL so that both landlords and tenants needs are being met throughout all stages of service. Suggesting improvements that can be made to properties such as redecoration. Using Microsoft packages.

• Counting of cash in tills at close to ensure values match that of the system. Merchandising the store to maintain correct point of sale at all times. Ordering and sorting point of sale as and when required. Organising layout of stock for promotional updates and general sale. Performing stock audits to ensure system matches physical stock levels. Unloading/checking off of delivery. Sorting stock in to correct areas and replenishing stock on shop floor. Sales assistant required to interact with customers both on the shop floor and at the checkout in order to provide the best service possible.
