Prior to entering Real Estate I worked for what is now Bank of America in their Personnel Department, Audit Department and Bond Department. I have been married for 40 years to a retired Merchant Marine Captain and have three children and two grandchildren. In my free time I enjoy gardening, flower arranging, cooking, bridge, calligraphy and oil painting.

I have always been involved in community activities, serving as a volunteer at the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters, Officer in the May Farm Garden Club, Member of the Virginia Beach Council of Garden Clubs, Virginia Beach District Virginia Federation of Garden Clubs, member of the Virginia Beach Beautification Commission and have worked on homes for Habitat for Humanity. I received the Outstanding Member Award from May Farm Garden Club and for Outstanding Young Woman of America.
