The Seattle-area housing market is one of the most exciting and dynamic real estate markets around. While it is getting more difficult for first-time buyers to enter, it continues to reward those who have made this commitment and sacrifice. I know Seattle inside and out, especially the best coffee houses and bakeries.

I have lived in Seattle with my wife for over 10 years. We have owned and remodeled Craftsman-style homes in Fremont for over 8 years. In the search for our current home, it took us over 15 months to find the house with the right location, layout, potential, and “bones.” Once we took possession, we immediately embarked on a major remodel, on which I served as general contractor, plumber and electrician. I love old houses and adapting them to our modern lifestyles. Prior to becoming a realtor, I worked at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center for 8 years providing researchers with the world-class information and services that are critical to conducting research. I received my MBA from UW and decided to leverage my skills and interests into helping clients navigate the local real estate waters.

As a member of the CoHo Team of Windermere Agents, I donate a portion of my commissions to agencies that build community in our neighborhoods and provide housing for people in need. Since 2000, by donating 1/3 of our commissions, the CoHo Team has given over $150,000 to agencies such as Fremont Public Association, Lifelong AIDS Alliance, Seattle Children’s Home, and many others.
