About Kate Marshall

Prior to moving to Culver, Indiana – home of The Culver Academies and Lake Maxinkuckee, I lived in Illinois. I was the Director of a department of the House of Representatives – 82nd General Assembly. I relocated to Chicago for 10 year and worked for a major law firm. This was an extraordinary experience working with diverse individuals and groups. During my first year in Culver, I worked for the Superintendent of the Culver Community School Corp. before getting working with a local rental agency and getting involved with real estate. I always loved homes so these positions came naturally to me. As a real estate broker – I need to be available almost 24/7 but I find the work very satisfying. I love putting sellers together with buyers.
